These terms apply to nursecadet.com, operated by Fullmater LLP. By using the site or joining the waitlist you accept them.

1. What this site is today

nursecadet.com is a waitlist for a product that is still being built. There is no question bank to access yet, nothing to buy, and no account to create. Joining the waitlist does not buy you anything and does not oblige us to launch.

2. Payments and refunds

We take no payments through this site. There is no checkout, no subscription and no stored card. If you are ever asked to pay money on a page claiming to be NurseCadet today, it is not us.

Before we accept a single dollar we will publish a pricing page and a refund policy. The price, whether anything renews, and the refund terms will be on screen before any payment step, and cancelling will take one click from your account. Joining the waitlist now commits you to nothing later.

3. No guarantee of results

Practice questions are practice. We do not guarantee that using NurseCadet will get you a particular result on the NCLEX-RN exam or any other exam, and we make no claim about pass rates. Anyone who promises you an exam result is not telling you the truth.

4. No affiliation with NCSBN or any board of nursing

NurseCadet is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN), Pearson VUE, or any state or territorial board of nursing. NCLEX® and NCLEX-RN® are registered trademarks of NCSBN, which is not affiliated with and does not endorse NurseCadet. We use exam names only to say which exam our questions prepare you for.

We do not sell, host or claim to have live NCLEX items. All questions in NurseCadet are written by us.

5. Exam information on this site

Where we state an exam fact, such as the number of questions or the time limit, we cite where it came from, usually NCSBN's published test plan or NCLEX.com. NCSBN can change the exam, and NCLEX.com is always the authority. Do not rely on this site for a rule or deadline that matters to you.

6. Not clinical advice

Questions and rationales are written for exam practice. They are not medical or nursing advice and must not be used to make decisions about real patients.

7. Acceptable use

Do not submit someone else's email or phone number, do not submit automated or junk entries, and do not attempt to overload or probe the site. We rate-limit submissions and may discard entries that look automated.

8. Our content

The text, design, code and questions on this site belong to Fullmater LLP. You are welcome to link to any page. You may not copy our questions or content for a competing product.

9. Liability

The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using the site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product takes shape; the date at the top shows when. Questions go to hello@nursecadet.com.
